Jump Into Agency Life
Our intern program includes summership, paid college internships and paid graduate fellowships. Each opportunity gives you the unique opportunity to learn about our agency, meet industry professionals, and dive deep into our everyday work.

Three Paths, One Saxum
Paid Internships
Our paid internship allows college students to get hands-on agency experience. During your time as an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain insights and skills before you graduate, learn about our industry from skilled professionals, and begin to build an impressive portfolio.
- 18 – 25 hours per week
- Three sessions are offered each year: spring semester, summer or fall semester
- Spring application deadline: October 31
- Summer application deadline: March 15
- Fall application deadline: June 15
Paid Fellowships
This program helps you jumpstart your new career upon graduating. As a fellow, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, learn industry skills from hands-on mentors, and connect with other interns and grads. We have fellowships available across all of our teams, including client service, design and copywriting, digital strategy, project management, and operations.
- 29 hours per week
- Two sessions are offered each year: spring (Jan 1 – June 30) and fall (July 1 – Dec 31)
- Spring application deadline: October 31
- Fall application deadline: March 15
Summership
Summership is our annual interactive shadow day for high school and college students. This two-day event allows you to hear from current interns and grads as well as senior associates. Start to build your network, get a glimpse of what agency life is like, and work on a sample project.
