Driving Interactive Engagement

As the largest recreation and civic development project in Tulsa’s history, a basic groundbreaking was not an option for the start of construction on A Gathering Place for Tulsa. We were tasked with generating excitement among the community for a park that would not officially open to the public for another four years.

What We Did

We partnered with key community organizations to host a celebration providing Tulsans the opportunity to visit the site of Tulsa’s future park. To build buzz, we developed promotional materials including print and digital ads and several social media posts that utilized sponsored content on Facebook.

We also unveiled a digital interactive installation, the Park Pod.This one-of-a-kind theater dome allows users to view 270 degrees of high-definition animated renderings of the park. The 40-foot wide and 25-foot tall exhibit offered a virtual tour to help imagine the future.
